By using AgentPicks, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials, users, shared links, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

AgentPicks helps real estate professionals save properties, organize Pick Lists, and share recommendation links. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having rights to any content you save, upload, or share.

You may not misuse the service, break laws, infringe rights, scrape or overload systems, bypass security, upload harmful code, misrepresent property information, share confidential data without permission, or use AgentPicks to make unlawful housing, lending, or discrimination decisions.

AgentPicks is a productivity and presentation tool. We are not a brokerage, MLS, legal advisor, financial advisor, appraiser, inspector, or property data provider. Property information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying all property details, disclosures, availability, pricing, compliance duties, and client communications.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Stripe or the billing flow shown in the product. Fees are charged according to the selected plan unless cancelled before renewal. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AgentPicks, including features, limits, integrations, extension support, or pricing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the service or others.

AgentPicks is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for AgentPicks during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify AgentPicks from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your shared links, your client communications, your real estate activities, or your violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
