Privacy Policy

AgentPicks ("we", "our", or "us") is a workspace for real estate professionals. We collect and use information only as needed to run the product, secure accounts, support the browser extension, process subscriptions, and improve the experience.

This policy applies to the AgentPicks web app, shared Pick List pages, and AgentPicks browser extension.

We collect information you enter or connect to your account, including:

• Account details such as name, email address, authentication provider, and profile photo when provided by your sign-in provider.
• Agent profile details such as display name, brokerage, phone, website, avatar, and client-facing contact details.
• Saved properties, Pick Lists, client-facing messages, private notes, tags, settings, and share links.
• Support requests, feedback, referral information, and other messages you send us.

The AgentPicks extension is designed to save a property only when you choose to save it. It runs on supported real estate property websites.

• The extension may read property page content needed to capture property details, photos, address, price, status, source URL, and similar property information.
• The extension stores authentication tokens and app state locally in your browser. It does not collect browsing history, form data, health information, or financial information.
• The extension uses browser permissions for storage, sign-in, background tasks, and opening AgentPicks pages. It is not intended to collect your general browsing history.
• Property data is sent to AgentPicks when you save or update a property through the extension.

AgentPicks' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data collected by the extension is used only to provide the features described in this policy. We do not use extension data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read user data except for security investigations, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

Our extension operates on third-party real estate websites (such as Zillow, StreetEasy, Redfin, and others we may support in the future). AgentPicks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these websites or their parent companies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content accuracy, or availability of those websites. AgentPicks collects property information from those sites only when you choose to save or update a property. We recommend reviewing each website's privacy policy for information about its own data practices.

Payments, trials, invoices, and subscription management are handled through Stripe. We receive billing status, plan, customer identifiers, and subscription metadata needed to provide paid features. We do not store full payment card numbers. You can view your current plan, manage your subscription, and cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve AgentPicks. This includes authenticating users, saving properties, generating Pick Lists, creating share links, syncing extension sessions, showing subscription access, responding to support, preventing abuse, enforcing our Terms of Use, and meeting legal obligations.

Our legal bases for processing are: (a) performance of our contract with you (providing the service, billing); (b) legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement); (c) your consent (optional analytics); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We use essential browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, extension connection, and core app functionality. Optional analytics may be used to understand product usage and shared Pick List views after consent where required. Declining optional analytics does not block core service functionality.

Pick Lists are private unless you enable sharing. Anyone with an active share link may view the shared properties, client-facing notes, and public agent profile details included on that page.

We use the following service providers to operate AgentPicks:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database. Firebase Auth may collect IP addresses and user agent strings for security and abuse prevention.
• Google Maps — map display on dashboard and shared Pick List pages. When maps load, Google may receive your IP address and collect usage data according to Google's privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — web application hosting and delivery.

We may also use additional service providers for analytics, email, and support. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the service.

• You can update your agent profile and account details in settings.
• You can delete saved properties and Pick Lists from your workspace.
• You can disable or rotate shared Pick List links when you no longer want clients to view them.
• You can decline optional analytics where the product presents that choice.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• You can request an export of your data in a commonly used format (such as JSON or CSV) by contacting us.
• You can uninstall the browser extension from your browser at any time.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights including access, correction, portability, restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. International transfers are protected by our providers' certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

Property images displayed in AgentPicks may be loaded directly from third-party real estate websites. When these images load in your browser, the originating website may receive your IP address, set cookies, or collect usage data according to its own privacy policy. AgentPicks does not control this behavior. Shared Pick List pages viewed by clients may also load images from these third-party sources.

AgentPicks may use automated tools to organize, categorize, or enhance property information. We do not currently use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and controls.

The AgentPicks browser extension may be updated automatically through your browser's extension update mechanism. Updates may change the permissions or functionality of the extension. We encourage you to review extension permissions after updates and to check this policy for any corresponding changes.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion. Backups may persist for up to 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations. Authentication logs are retained per Firebase's standard retention schedule. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Property information displayed in AgentPicks is collected from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. AgentPicks provides this information as-is and makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the service. You are responsible for independently verifying all property details.

AgentPicks is not intended for children under 18. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. We do not sell personal information.
